Privacy policy

1. What we collect

We keep the minimum needed to run the service.

• Your email address and a sign-in identifier from the authentication provider you use.
• The audio file you upload, and the processed audio we produce from it.
• Job metadata: filename, file size, duration, timestamps, and processing state.
• Payment records: the payment gateway's order and payment identifiers, and the amount. We never see or store your card details.

2. How long we keep audio

Audio storage is deliberately short-lived and enforced automatically on a schedule, not by manual cleanup.

Download your song as soon as it is ready. We are a processing service, not a storage service, and we do not keep a copy for you.

• A finished render — generated, humanized or mastered — is available to download for 48 hours after it is ready. After that its audio is deleted and cannot be recovered or re-rendered without paying again.
• This applies to purchased renders too. Paying for a render does not buy ongoing storage.
• Uploaded source audio is deleted after seven days, whether or not it was ever paid for.
• You can delete any job and its audio immediately from your dashboard, without waiting for the deadline.
• Your payment record is kept after the audio is deleted, so your receipt survives.

3. We do not train on your music

Your audio is processed to fulfil your request and for nothing else. We do not use customer uploads to train, tune, or evaluate any model.

4. Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers to run the studio. Each provider receives only the data needed for its role, and provider terms and retention practices may differ from ours.

• Account sign-in and account records.
• Encrypted audio storage and the audio processing service.
• Stem Splitter sends the audio you submit for separation to the configured remote separation provider, currently MVSEP, so it can create estimated stems. We do not assert a provider-side deletion deadline; do not submit confidential audio or material you are not authorized to process.
• Website and application hosting.
• Payment processing, handled by a licensed payment provider that receives your payment details directly.

5. Security

Audio is stored in a private bucket with public access blocked and server-side encryption enabled. Downloads use short-lived signed links tied to your account.

Requests to your data require a valid session token, and every job is scoped to the account that created it.

6. Your choices

You can delete individual jobs at any time from the dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated records, contact us and we will action it.

7. Cookies

We use only what is required to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
