Terms of service
These terms cover the complete Suno Reverse product set. Read the rights, third-party processing, delivery and retention sections before submitting audio or buying a product.
1. What the service does
Suno Reverse provides separate tools for original song generation, reference-conditioned covers, complete-mix humanization, stereo mastering, supported public-track downloading, and remote two-stem vocal and backing-instrumental separation.
KFK Neural Model 4B is the public model name for the neural audio workflow. Generation and audio processing are variable, and the exact result, completion time, detector treatment, ranking or platform outcome is not guaranteed.
2. Your rights and responsibilities
You must own or be authorized to use every prompt, lyric, recording, reference, voice, identity, image and other item you submit, and your authorization must cover the selected processing and intended use.
Suno Reverse claims no ownership or royalty share in your upload or delivered file. That does not grant rights you do not hold in third-party material, change the terms of another tool, or guarantee that a release is eligible for commercial use.
3. What we do not claim
Processing changes audio; it does not rewrite how a recording was created, its provenance, ownership, licenses, credits or disclosure obligations.
Suno Reverse is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or directly integrated into Suno, Udio, Spotify, any distributor or another named platform.
- We do not guarantee a detection score, classification or claim that AI-made audio becomes historically human-made.
- We do not guarantee distributor acceptance, streaming recommendations, rankings, playlist placement, revenue or audience response.
- We do not provide legal clearance for a cover, sample, recording, lyric, voice, artwork or reference.
- We do not promise exact generation, perfect vocal removal, broadcast quality or a fixed processing time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Suno Reverse for the following.
- Submitting, downloading, transforming or distributing material you are not authorized to use for that purpose.
- Impersonating a real person or using their voice or identity without required consent and rights.
- Falsifying provenance, credits or a disclosure required by a distributor, platform, contract or applicable rule.
- Any unlawful activity, or an attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service.
5. Credits, passes and delivery
The price, entitlement and output shown for the selected Studio product apply to that transaction. Humanizer and Mastering credits are separate. A Downloader or Stem Splitter pass does not create unlimited duration, uninterrupted availability or rights in a source.
A paid Humanizer render processes the complete accepted file within current limits and returns a 48 kHz stereo PCM-24 WAV. A successful Mastering job returns a 48 kHz stereo PCM-24 WAV and a 320 kbps MP3.
The Downloader WAV is PCM decoded from the available source stream and is not represented as a lossless source master. Stem outputs are estimates from a stereo mix and can contain bleed, missing shared elements or other artifacts.
6. Download and retention windows
What you buy is processing and delivery, not permanent storage. Generated, humanized and mastered audio remains downloadable for at least 48 hours after it is ready and is removed on the first scheduled cleanup after that deadline.
Unpaid Humanizer and Mastering source uploads use a separate seven-day window. Payment and job records may be retained after audio is deleted so receipts and account history survive.
Download and back up completed files promptly. Deleted audio cannot be restored from a Suno Reverse backup, and producing a replacement can require another credit.
7. Remote and third-party services
Some functions depend on service providers for sign-in, payment, hosting, storage, generation, processing or separation. The Stem Splitter sends the selected audio to the configured remote separation provider.
Third-party source and destination services apply their own terms, privacy practices, technical limits and content policies. Suno Reverse cannot accept a release, grant access or make a decision on their behalf.
8. Availability and failed delivery
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. A job can fail because of file characteristics, queue conditions, provider behavior or infrastructure faults.
When a paid Humanizer or Mastering render fails for a confirmed technical reason on our side, the applicable credit-return and refund rules apply.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, opportunity, distribution, ranking or audience response.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as products and third-party requirements change. Material changes are reflected in the last-updated date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
